The Mazedan International Research Academy welcomes to holds conferences and workshops in cooperation with other institutions or outside scholars. Mazedan program committee monthly reviews proposals for conferences. If a cooperation with outside scholars or institutions is to occur, outside partners are typically expected to apply for funding from, for example, their home institution or a foundation.

Responsibilities:

Benefits to Co-organizer:

• The organizer can recommend a certain number of excellent papers to the conference for free. Other participants will pay registration fees to Mazedan.
• Promote themselves as the lead organizer.
• Can publish the conference at their own website.
• Can take the full credit of conference organization and show in record for some accreditation purpose.

Important Terms of Collaboration:

• There will be no direct financial transaction between Mazedan and co-organizer
• Co-organizer can get fund from local bodies, national bodies, university, and management.
• Co-organizer can get local sponsorship.
• Paper registration and publication fee will be collected by MIRA, co-organizer will nit get any share.

PROCEEDINGS PUBLICATION

Conference proceedings are a published collection of academic papers presented at an academic conference, workshop, meeting or symposium. Mazedan International Research Academy offers conference organizers to publish their conference Proceedings as an edited volume with ISSN, ISBN, and DOI through Mazedan Proceedings series.

Many conferences end up with publishing their conference proceedings as hard copy or CD which is not widely circulated. This restricts the ideas and views shared in the conferences as well as limits the benefit of participants. MIRA initiated Proceedings publication for conferences held by the academic organization or research laboratories to publish and disseminate their proceedings online. Conference organizers may get benefit from our online, open-access publishing service to disseminate their conference content worldwide. We are publishing the following types of publication for the conferences-

1. Special Issue in Journal: In the journal, we consider the special issue of a conference for only a few selected articles of the said conference which had been undergone a rigorous peer-review process. For the special issue, we will ask for reviewing reports and reviewer’s detail.
2. Proceedings with ISBN, ISSN & DOI: Proceedings publication is separate from a journal publication, and it will be indexed in proceeding databases of CrossRef. Proceedings normally contain all accepted full-length articles of the conference and articles should be plagiarism-free.
3. Abstract Book:The conference organizer can publish only abstracts of all conference materials through Abstract Book with ISBN and DOI.
